Kindle: Amazon's New Wireless Reading Device

Amazon just announced Kindle, their new wireless reading device.

The device costs $400, but then there are other costs: $10 per book, $10-$14 per newspaper—per month, $1.50 to $3.50 per magazine—per month, $1-$2 per blog—per month, $.10 per personal file you transfer to your Kindle (doesn’t allow PDFs), and finally the price Audible.com charges for their books.

Note: I receive a commission when you purchase using the link above.

I’m going to keep watching since I see potential in the field of wireless reading devices. I can’t wait to see what Apple, Microsoft, or another competitor does.

Chris Brogan has some good points about Kindle.
